What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees, I think, feel micromanaged, and like cogs in the machine--very replaceable. They don't feel valued (in spite of fun events).

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the subject matter experts (in the rank and file) they hire and giving them autonomy to find a satisfactory outcome

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The rank and file employees I've worked with here at National Funding has been excellent. They're all smart, friendly, hard working peop

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay is way below market for my title and responsibilities. I would feel better if my pay were raised to be at least somewhat competitive.
