Mr. Craig L. Weinstock serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at National Oilwell Varco, L.P. He served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Internal Audit at National Oilwell Varco since joining in October 2013. Before joining NOV, he served as a Partner in the Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, LLP law firm and Clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Robert Parker. He served as a Partner at Locke Lord LLP (Alternative Name: Locke Liddell & Sapp) and also served as its Member of Management Board since January 2006. Before joining National Oilwell Varco, he practiced law at Locke Lord, LLP in Texas for 29 years counseling corporate boards and independent directors regarding governance, securities and compliance matters. While practicing with Locke Lord, he worked on behalf of National Oilwell Varco on a variety of matters. Mr. Weinstock holds a B.A. from the State University of New York in 1980 and a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 1983.
