Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes since there are so many workers people who actually need help get overlooked because its not an immediate problem
I haven't had a raise in 5 years, and there are no job performance reviews. But we're treated well, no yelling and there's no work overburden.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Close friends able to respect one another
Friendly, hard working, straight forward!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they could take responsibility for their own computer literacy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No messing around or horseplay
We're all on the same page and understand that the customer is the most important part of our business
