Better method for recognition and/or promotion rather than purely based on written justifications

Brilliant minds, kind, and professional!! !
they are very professional and very helpful courteous kind obedient cheerful thrifty brave clean revernt and trustworthy
we all excel in science mathematics are funny know the law constitution are great u.s. federal agents and love liberty and america
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many NSA employees have been working for NSA for years and years and become blinded by the terrible practices and flat out lying and overlooking problems that happens
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the environment is very friendly and the culture is very professional
the most positive thing about the national security agency is protecting women and children the general population there is a very strong positive professional work environment and ethical and strict belief in capitalism and law and order.
You can be a terrible employee and NSA will still say, "oh good job, keep up the good work"

What did you like most about the interview process?
the interview process was very professional
it was professional and extremely thorough
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Turn around time is on-average 8 months. Speed it up. Actual technical portion of the interview was non-existent: meaning even someone who is poorly qualified and has poor skillset can get hired if they're good at convincing people they're good.
What makes you most happy at work?
the things that make me most happy at work is they are very professional
protecting the the united states
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Justifications are not the way to run software. Anyone can make a justification for just about anything if they argue it well enough. Inherently flawed system since it's government. Stop letting high military ranking officers who don't know technology run a technology operation
