Good collegues, great benefits, satisfying role

Old school politics driven by a bunch of old and grown-up cowards. Overachievers are punished by old school executives. Probably generational and they are still dealing with a generation of the past that are fearful of losing their jobs.

The executive team and CEO on the US distribution side are horribly inept. In particular the CFO has no idea what she is doing. She doesn't understand the basics of Finance

They don't value their people. Just look at the average tenure of their employees and weight that against the nimber of promotions, i can asure you that it is pathetic (excluding the pandemic which is when the cowards realized they needed ro promote to keep their staff).

Compensations are way below market

Stop undercutting staff when margins can support fair compensation.
