Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't value their people. Just look at the average tenure of their employees and weight that against the nimber of promotions, i can asure you that it is pathetic (excluding the pandemic which is when the cowards realized they needed ro promote to keep their staff).
over allocation, most employees are doing the jobs of 3. Performance acknowledgment , employee gratifications based on performance.
Compensations are way below market
Stop undercutting staff when margins can support fair compensation.
