I like all the little perks Crew members get all year. Bonus are great too.
The coverage is very decent and I feel it's a fair deal.
I am a spitting image of the culture(facade) and NGVC has shown only one pattern. Support nepotism over everything else. Righr now NGVC have 7 hr reps in Total. 11/5/23. And over 4000 employees. That is a 1/571 ratio HrRep/Employees. the lenant end of the recommended guidelines is a 1/350 ratio
Support your employees that work hard and actually partipate in the finiancial outcome of the operations.
Fair wages and better pay for long term workers.
Health insurance is terrible. I don't have any because their option is so bad. Company guards overtime like they are going broke even after announcing they had their most successful year. Let employees who want to work to make the store better do so . Don't pick and choose who to give COL raises to.
I don't feel undervalued but I do feel that we could have more options for health insurance
