Its a family ran company that care about the goals of the company. I feel that they are personally invested in the success of the company.
The determination to service the natural foods crowd. A lot of people prefer an alternative lifestyle and they tend to these people.
The relationship between expectations and labor. Labor has been cut significantly and the reality is we can't quite make the expectation. Also, infrastructure is weak to say the least. We have problems with SAP and IT retail on a daily basis which equates to customer service issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The list goes on and on. Maybe I have one word to say. Investigate!
Giving people the actual resources they need to do their jobs. Not giving "cost of living" raises to only certain individuals and deliberately telling them not to tell their coworkers. Appreciating staff that go above and beyond their job description.
Listening and adhering to company SOP for handling load, backstock etc.
