Giving people the actual resources they need to do their jobs. Not giving "cost of living" raises to only certain individuals and deliberately telling them not to tell their coworkers. Appreciating staff that go above and beyond their job description.
Listening and adhering to company SOP for handling load, backstock etc.
I like all the little perks Crew members get all year. Bonus are great too.
The coverage is very decent and I feel it's a fair deal.
I am a spitting image of the culture(facade) and NGVC has shown only one pattern. Support nepotism over everything else. Righr now NGVC have 7 hr reps in Total. 11/5/23. And over 4000 employees. That is a 1/571 ratio HrRep/Employees. the lenant end of the recommended guidelines is a 1/350 ratio
Support your employees that work hard and actually partipate in the finiancial outcome of the operations.
Fair wages and better pay for long term workers.
Health insurance is terrible. I don't have any because their option is so bad. Company guards overtime like they are going broke even after announcing they had their most successful year. Let employees who want to work to make the store better do so . Don't pick and choose who to give COL raises to.
I don't feel undervalued but I do feel that we could have more options for health insurance

The people who work for this company are great. You know, the ones who are taken for granted all the time and get a can of beans and pasta sauce for employee appreciation month. HR use scare tactics to make store employee's relationships ingenuine and call that professionalism.
We are able to vent our frustrations to each other. Not all Crew member I do this but perhaps 2 or 3 or them. A few are knowable about what our store carries and enjoy helping customers.
We collaborate very well. We have a beautifully diverse team that thrives in a collaborative environment.
Work not play and gossip
Ethical fairness and accountability are important. Nepotism and gaslighting are very harmful to people and the individuals that are inflicted upon.
I enjoy working with my coworkers
The strive to create an affordable health food environment where the crew has access to ongoing nutrition education and access to the items we sell.
It's friendly and welcoming and you feel like you want to be there.

When Crew members respect each other. When everyone comes in with the attitude to do their very best...get any job done.

Outlook has been very slow. We don't have time to wait on slow programs.

That the stores no matter how far from Denver they are, are able to experience the same support that the store support feels on a regular basis.
