There is no follow up on the major objectives of the company, it looks like the executives never worked in mature organizations and they are practicing in their VP roles.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Navico was for sale for many years and the salaries were frozen specially for people who has been long enough. The package benefits are really minimum....

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the employees at Navico never have worked in another companies or they have minimum experience. They cannot contribute too much to the organization

Work environment has improved slightly

They take a long time to take a decision, sometimes you think they are not longer interested.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are consolidating most of the executives in a location far away from R&D and Operations which is a mistake and the communication and key decisions are not flowing. they are somewhat blind.
