What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Work environment has improved slightly
What would you improve about your company's interview process?They take a long time to take a decision, sometimes you think they are not longer interested.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They are consolidating most of the executives in a location far away from R&D and Operations which is a mistake and the communication and key decisions are not flowing. they are somewhat blind.
