They need to stop claiming poverty when the pandemic brought in more money than years prior with all of the new contracts that were brought in. They're on the verge of losing the majority of tenured staff that have been there for years.
A significant raise would be needed
more money per hour and higher bonus opportunities!

Team is supportive. The struggle is having to deal with our Director who is disrespectful who walks around and does not speak to his employees or management team. Not sure how he has been along to work at the company for so long. The threats I'm told he makes to my manager are unbelievable.

I am currently on a subcontract through Navient due to unprecedented times. Although many challenges have been faced, my team has maintained a positive and constructive work atmosphere. Albeit virtual. This is one of the reasons why I have persevered and exceed expectations during this project.

It's negative due to having to deal with hearing the negative things our Director says. We received an award for being number one for the second quarter and instead of Adam giving the team praise for doing a great job and making him look good. I'm told he gave the credit to the training dept.

Upper management needs to pay attention to the staff and what is being said. We're trying to help make things better but our words mean nothing.
I liked the fact that I was asked questions that challenged me to reflect deeply on my character. Not only were the questions very insightful I also received prompt and precise answers to many questions and concerns I had prior to my employment with Navient.
