Favoritism needs to stop. It’s disgusting

Seeing employees as people, not numbers or cattle.

Everyone has a negative vibe. It’s sad & tough to be around.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay raise, see employees as humans (not cattle). Allow us to work from home since they decided to move 20+ miles away & now I may need to leave.
