Mark Johnson — Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at NCI Building Systems

Mr. Mark E. Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NCI Building Systems Inc. since March 2008. Mr. Johnson joined NCI Building Systems Inc., in February 2006 and served as its Executive Vice President since December 2007. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of NCI Group, Inc. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Building Systems de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. He served as a Vice President and Controller of NCI Building Systems Inc., since February 2006 and its Chief Accounting Officer since August 8, 2006. Mr. Johnson served as Corporate Controller of Vector ESP Inc. from 2000 to 2003, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from 2002 to August 2005 and served as its Vice President. He served as Senior Manager of Technology, Communication and Entertainment (TCE) unit of Ernst & Young LLP. During a 10-year period with Ernst & Young, he guided a Portfolio of Businesses through Initial Public Offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as provided guidance in Financial Reporting Matters for Public and Private Entities. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Building Systems de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Mr. Johnson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since 1991 and earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
