He served as Senior Vice President of Halliburton Company and Managing Director of Brown & Root. He co-founded the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics at Boston College. He served as a Director of NCI from May 2003 to January 2018. He served as a Director of Comfort Systems USA Inc from November 2002 to April 30, 2004. Mr. Chambers received his BA from Springfield College and his MBA from Carroll School of Management of Boston College.
