Todd R. Moore — Executive VP, Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at NCI Building Systems

Mr. Todd R. Moore has been an Executive Vice President of NCI Building Systems Inc. since December 2007 and has also been its Vice President and General Counsel at NCI divisions since January 1999. He also serves as Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer at NCI Building Systems Inc. Mr. Moore has been a General Counsel of NCI Building Systems Inc. since March 2003 and serves as its Secretary and Secretary of NCI divisions since March 2005. He served as Vice President of NCI Building Systems Inc. since March 2003. Before joining NCI in January 1999, he was employed by Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, a Dallas law firm, for over five years, during the last two years of which he was a Partner. He holds B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
