David Rudow serves as nCino's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company's global financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, facilities and IT. He brings approximately 20 years of
software investment and investment banking expertise as well as experience leading successful financial organizations. Prior to joining nCino in October 2019, David managed the finance team at CentralSquare Technologies, overseeing budgeting and
planning, forecasting, investor reporting, treasury and analytics. Previously, he held Senior Analyst roles for several leading investment banking and asset management Firms, including Thrivent Asset Management, Piper Jaffray and J.P. Morgan. David is also a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
