How many people interviewed you?
I was screened first by a recruiter, then a video interview with the director of Engineering, then by the individual who would be my manager. That was followed by an in person interview with the director again, my manager again, and then two separate panel interviews (1 hour each), consisting of 6 - 7 individuals from various areas of engineering. That was all prior to work from home due to COVID. Since then, the panel interviews are generally smaller in size of around 3 people.
How are the healthcare options at nCino?
Healthcare options are poor if you're in the Salt Lake City office, they use Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina's BlueOptions program - and the hospitals and doctors covered are extremely limited since it is a North Carolina based plan.
