Greg Orenstein serves as nCino's Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer and is responsible for the Company’s corporate strategy including identifying and executing growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and investment activities. Greg is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience driving corporate strategy and executing M&A and corporate finance transactions within the financial technology sector. Prior to joining nCino in 2015, he was Of Counsel at the global law firm of DLA Piper and held various positions at S1 Corporation, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
