Sean Desmond serves as nCino's Chief Customer Success Officer and brings more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry to the nCino team. Sean is responsible for ensuring customer success globally and oversees all of the Company's customer experience functions, including implementation, support, training, integrations and customer success management. Sean is passionate about building high performing teams and has successfully led delivery and professional services organizations at multiple large-scale technology companies.
Prior to joining nCino in 2013, Sean held various positions at Informatica, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Delivery. Prior to that, he served as a Business Analyst at Platinum Technologies.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
