Comp increases only come with increased responsibilities or promotions. Low salary for most operation based roles with little opportunity to grow or even get inflation based annual increases. Sales comp packages are great but the support staff is undervalued and underpaid

You get the same compensation and consideration if you over perform as you do if you don't perform at all.
Better understanding and communication for *how* to do certain things, instructions are left unclear sometimes.
Communicate with each other regularly.
Lack of fear of losing your job.
In person interview would be more productive.
Jobs arent done correctly because of lack of communication. No colaboration between the field and sales
Treat their employees with respect.
