Very bright and commited to learning skills needed (stata for example)

Since comp is not competive, interview consists of trying to convince candidate to join

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employees on the consulting side are leaving because the functional side is overpaid and rexeives too much of rhe profits.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management should be replaced. CEO should be a full time job, not on top of a Full time consulting job
