What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are given autonomy and ownership over our work
Interview process was good. Everyone has been very engaging and nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees on the consulting side are leaving because the functional side is overpaid and rexeives too much of rhe profits.

More open comp plan, visibility and pay scales!
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is collaborative and supportive
Very bright and commited to learning skills needed (stata for example)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to change the format of the company to increase consulting longevity. They need to remove the practice silos so consulting staff have more exposure to different areas
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Havent started yet. Cant say yet.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management should be replaced. CEO should be a full time job, not on top of a Full time consulting job

I was able to engage directly with my supervisor and the team

Since comp is not competive, interview consists of trying to convince candidate to join
