high energy and give good presentations

What is the best part about your compensation package?
When used as sughested, benefits are awesome. Pay is great considering there is zero travel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There were no raises in 2023 and generally the pay scales are below the market scale. Our medical benefits are provided by a company that is not well known and not universally accepted by providers and is complicated to use or get your claims paid
Benefits that actually matter would be nice. Or at least a stake in the company that would make a difference.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good people. They work hard.
Diversity at work. Everyone is kind, friendly, ans happy to be there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Transparancy at all levels of management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change in leadership. Responding to questions and emails is a good start.

They kept it casual and made me feel comfortable to be myslelf
