What makes you most happy at work?I love working on projects that help us get to know our customers better
What do you like best about the leadership team?high energy and give good presentations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There were no raises in 2023 and generally the pay scales are below the market scale. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits that actually matter would be nice. Or at least a stake in the company that would make a difference.
