Ms. Jessica Neal has been the Chief Talent Officer of Netflix, Inc. since October 27, 2017. Ms. Neal served as the Chief People Officer at Scopely, Inc. She served as Vice President of Talent and Talent Acquisition at Coursera, Inc. She oversaw fostering and supporting team members throughout their Coursera career-including recruiting, human resources, company culture and more. She served as the Head of Human Resources at Coursera since 2013. Prior to Coursera, she served as Vice President of Talent and Talent Acquisition at Netflix, Inc. During her more than 8 year career at Netflix, she built the internal recruiting team that scaled Netflix from a DVD-by-mail service to an innovative and successful video streaming platform. She started her recruiting career as a Head-Hunter at an agency focused on placing technical talent. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Talent Development. She holds Bachelors in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts.
