What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always supportive, Helps in understanding of the situation in more better way

The management and leadership are open to all the ideas. Everyone has a chance to make change and be part of something bigger.
The team is very encouraging and friendly, i can reach out to the senior most person in my team if i have any doubts or confussions
My leadership team works exceptionally hard to not only grow the business but also consistently look to improve the company culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear communication and ability to execute in vision. Changing the name of the company to run from bad PR isn't a long term strategy
The Leadership team is doing well, they are quite supportive and collaborative

The most positive thing about the work environment and culture is that everyone is respectful and professional in all interactions, and leadership emphasizes a healthy work-life balance, which is unique in startup sector.
