- What are some of the best things about your team?They are very efficient and affable, but everyone is too busy to actually complete any assigned work .

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Set realistic targets and ensure training for specific agencies is thoroughly completed before assigning charts to reviewers. Manage agencies that poorly document and require escessive RI's.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company is stretched too thin and sales are down. Rathan than properly pay their workers they are going to outsource to India and annual raises are going to be lower. Way too many execs being overcompensated and outdated product lines. Instead of fixing it, they will offshore and get rid of us
