Training is poor wqhile expectations are extremely high. Mistakes on the primary are particularly viewed with skepticism even if the agency has poor documentation and givers misinformation. Has little regard for their employees and cares only about making money. Turnover and stress levels very high.

Very little training and cliquish. The organization as a whole has nice people but is stretched very thin. Way too many platforms and headcount isnvery top-heavy.

My income was reduced by a third for "equity" and was told I would never get a raise.

Great teammates but management feels detached and impersonal

Great company culture and leadership. I feel valued and empowered. There are amazing career opportunities available to any associate who seeks to grow.

If your immediate manager is good it's fine, but if not watch out. Always driving for more output and beholden to investors performance goals

Set realistic targets and ensure training for specific agencies is thoroughly completed before assigning charts to reviewers. Manage agencies that poorly document and require escessive RI's.

Transparency, Training, realistic goals and cleaning out the exec team. Way to many execs and not eno8gh pwople to actually do the work .

There is a severe lack of communication. It's abysmal.

Compensation is on the lower end, while expectations are high.

To be compensated appropriately. I am a degreed professional and make close to what someone at McDonald's makes.

Better raises. 2% below inflation raises even for good performance

They are very efficient and affable, but everyone is too busy to actually complete any assigned work .

Good collaboration. Staff in general is skilled and effective.

Everyone helps out and lends a hand if needed.

The company is stretched too thin and sales are down. Rathan than properly pay their workers they are going to outsource to India and annual raises are going to be lower. Way too many execs being overcompensated and outdated product lines. Instead of fixing it, they will offshore and get rid of us
