No annual bonuses, hiring freeze has caused an increased workload, insurance isn’t that great. I still spend about $3k a year out of pocket for prescriptions and healthcare costs. 401k match caps out at 3
Great company. Great pay. Great people.
Amazing Company to work for. They do care deeply about their culture and clients. Sometimes it can be frustrating when things do not move as quickly as I would like but that's a very minor gripe and given the products on offer, understandable.
