What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding and communication very well.
Understandable group that want to teach you the in's and out's of the company from day one but they are careful not to burn you out. That has been my experience anyways.
They care about everyone they work with.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits. The pay ia good but could be better.
The 401k matching is probably the best part but its not as high as some other places and the current market shifts have seen some losses in my portfolio.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No annual bonuses, hiring freeze has caused an increased workload, insurance isn’t that great. I still spend about $3k a year out of pocket for prescriptions and healthcare costs. 401k match caps out at 3
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all wor together very well.
The team I work on is ambitious and determined.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is understanding and coworkers are great.
Really it has been my experience that the company has an "employee first" culture. They invest in me and in turn, i invest in them.

I live that i get to help people. I love to research and I get to do that.
