After seeing what other companies pay senior engineers, I want a 20k pay increase.
No annual bonuses, hiring freeze has caused an increased workload, insurance isn’t that great. I still spend about $3k a year out of pocket for prescriptions and healthcare costs. 401k match caps out at 3
