What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus is nice and fun

I like the fancy gateway options and the fact my password is sixteen alphanumeric characters.. SUPER SECURE

Oracle stock is great and has done well. Overall, compensation is a little low, but so are expectations. An easy job if you want it to be. Worth the pay.

I do not feel undervalued

Its ok but it could be better

There are lots of chnages on the compensation and benefits. Recruitment and management are not alligned.

Level it based on the work requirements, there are change most of the time
