What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus is nice and fun

I like the fancy gateway options and the fact my password is sixteen alphanumeric characters.. SUPER SECURE

Insurance coverage and rssp contribution

opportunity to earn sales commission

excellent medical coverage and flexible shedule

PTO and health beneifits, stock

Oracle stock is great and has done well. Overall, compensation is a little low, but so are expectations. An easy job if you want it to be. Worth the pay.

Percent of commission is great

The bonus pay and unlimited sick time (until 5 consecutive days)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel undervalued

Its ok but it could be better

There are lots of chnages on the compensation and benefits. Recruitment and management are not alligned.

Level it based on the work requirements, there are change most of the time

stock compensation needs to be part of the package
