Focusing on the essential elements of the product. Resolving/paying-down technical debt so that worksflows can be more streamlined.

All of them are smart, collegial people. I feel comfortable making mistakes, taking risks, and delivering unhappy news.

Resolution of technical debt. It would be helpful if we could turn out products and features twice as fast.
