Building culture - they are working on it
Knowing what we're doing, why we're doing it, explaining how we know when we're done, and how we're doing in the middle of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits, don't love the stock comp part that much

performance reviews conducted by people who do not know me
Health insurance is expensive, salaray not market
An understanding of my next raise
Management is awful and insincere. No equity because they keep it all for the management team.

too many meetings with no conclusions

Have outcomes and are related to results that are looking to be achieved.

Good culture, genuine people, not a ton of politics

Start over is the only way. Either get a TU person to shape up Neustar or nuke Neustar and start over. There is no culture at Neustar to salvage. Every person for themselves.

Culture and team environment need to improve
We have no clear direction and why what we do matters. We are very siloed and management isn't strong enough to choose a standard!
