Mr. Redwitz served as President of Southern California of The New Home Company LLC from 2010 to March 3, 2016. He is a Southern California Homebuilding Professional and has more than 25 years of experience in real estate entitlement, development, architecture and construction. He served as the Division President of Luxury - Southern California of W. L. Homes LLC. In addition to his accomplishments at John Laing Homes, he served as Division President for Taylor Woodrow from 1996 to 2002 and worked nearly 10 years for The Irvine Company. He is known as a leader in new home design and is recognized with multiple industry awards. He served as a Member of Board of Managers at The New Home Company Inc (f/k/a, The New Home Company LLC) from 2010 to January 30, 2014. He is a licensed Architect.
