the team fell apart quickly and now has a completely new team in the store for the better

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued as I was essentially bullied out of a good job and I haven't had the desire to go back since, shopping there is tainted for me now.

the staff were a tight girls club where anyone new didn't stand a chance of sticking around, nothing can make them better, the place was toxic

friendly manor and welcoming, good questions that peak my interest

the culture of the shop and their impossible targets need to be reevaluated as its creating a lot of tension and unease
