Mine was an easy experience due to the type of position being filled and given my past experience, however I have sat in on many interviews that were much more intensive.

I look forward to it. It is a good place to grow and learn.

Not at all. I have a very healthy social life and enjoy many people i work with.

What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at New Signature? How many hours are you working?
30-40 hours a week are spent working. It is not an easy role and there is a lot to be done, but we have high visibility at a company that is doing great things. A lot of our work feels like fun.

Very strategic and as transparent as possible.
What's the Marketing team like at New Signature?
A group of very intelligent people who are all very skilled in their respective areas. New Signature has a full scale marketing operation complete with content designers, social media experts, field marketing, product marketing, etc. It is a tough team, perfection is expected, but we all love what we do.
How's the leadership on the Operations team at New Signature?
Talented, hard working, still figuring somethings out. They currently work directly for the CEO which is both a good and bad thing. At our company size our voice is heard and or changes do make a difference.

Great place to work, challenging, meaningful to our clients and internally. At the executive level we are working a lot of hours in support of our team and team members to ensure they have the tools and processes they need to be successful.

It depends on what group you're in. For the most part we work standard hours and make a push when necessary to keep customers happy. Overall the work life balance is pretty good compared to other places I've worked

Fantastic. It is competitive and we have float holidays, as well as some bonus days.
