Sarah Elsom Eustis — Executive Vice President of Design at New York & Company

Ms. Sarah Elsom Eustis has been Executive Vice President of Design of New York and Company Inc. since August 2008. Ms. Eustis is responsible for the design of all New York & Company apparel. She has extensive design experience, trend-spotting ability and proven success in the specialty retail industry. Ms. Elson joined New York and Company from Polo Ralph Lauren where she served as Senior Vice President, Merchandising. She served as Executive Vice President, Design for the Express brand. She served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Executive Vice President of Design for Express at Ralph Lauren Corporation. During her tenure there, she successfully led the design and product development team in the Polo Ralph's re-branding efforts, and created and executed new product concepts to drive sales. Ms. Eustis launched her career at Polo Ralph Lauren in 1992 where she worked as a Knitwear Designer.
