From day one the company takes care of its people, the first week I went out to lunch with everyone at the company 1 department at a time and that was the best way to start off my time here. A great first impression.

Newair upgraded the medical coverage this year and is now offering a PPO which is a big improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do plenty of activities together including sports leagues and company lunches. Newair brought in a professional facilitator for the leadership team to further grow our culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Going out to lunch with the leadership team to spend some time out of the office and get to know the team that I would be working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Gossiping has mostly been eliminated and the culture is set up so that its free to challenge anything as long as we are trying to find the best answer.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people at Newair are the best part, everyone is genuine, hard working, but we keep it fun. So probably just hanging out with coworkers and all the fun events that happen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Things are fast paced but the team gets along very well and finds creative ways to solve problems. The work is challenging and we try new things all the team which makes it fun and fresh.
