Very uncomfortable cliquey culture. I do not trust the ethics of the business. Very focused on getting reviews at any cost. Easy job, low stress, low expectations. High turnover as it is challenging for new hires to integrate with the older staff.

Its a great company that will be around for a very long time.

Overall, positive. There's been a lot of change which can be overwhelming some times, but it also means every day is a little different and you really get to learn and grow your skillset.

From day one the company takes care of its people, the first week I went out to lunch with everyone at the company 1 department at a time and that was the best way to start off my time here. A great first impression.

The people at Newair are the best part, everyone is genuine, hard working, but we keep it fun. So probably just hanging out with coworkers and all the fun events that happen.
