The people!!! We have the best team!

We all have families and the company supports the time we need to keep family our first priority

The company is open minded and flexible

Gossiping has mostly been eliminated and the culture is set up so that its free to challenge anything as long as we are trying to find the best answer.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Focus on ethics and quality rather than making a fast buck
