What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very approachable, encourages new ideas, promotes work/life balance, intelligent and thoughtful.
They are Transparent ambitious loyal
This is the most capable, caring, and dedicated leadership team I have experienced!
This is a very smart group. Highly transparent, highly compassionate but ready to make tough decisions, very ready to iterate until we get it right.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a quarterly bonus
Transparent, measurable, and explained well.
Variable compensation feels fair. It rises and falls with the success of the company and my own success at hitting my OKRs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates are super intelligent, dedicated, caring, trustworthy and enthusiastic. We're constantly encouraging and supporting each other.
We are a very small but high performing team

Great culture because we all care. We work hard and also have a ton of fun .
