Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss has been surprisingly supportive in a time of hardship for me. I never expected it, but he has shown up.
They are very easy to approach. They welcome all concerns and questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicator better, acknowledging mistakes and being truly open
A true leader understands first-hand what goes on in the trenches. Before claiming they know a problem with front-line staff, they understand their positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is very good.
As a part-time employee, we do not receive benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More career advancement and more robust health package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We look out for each other... we share info among ourselves... Give or take a couple of grumpies among the crew.
We all work independently. We're not a team.
Everyone is kind. We work as a team to get the job done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better hours, salaries, benefits, and an overall less toxic work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all love what we do.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Front-line staff requires better treatment to feel valued and want to remain within the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I can't remember. It was a long time ago. But the boss at the time was the best boss of my entire life. Too bad he dies seven years later.
The people that I interviewed with were not intimidating at all.
HR needs to generate a quicker process as it can take up to 6 months for an interested candidate to be hired. Often, many interested parties find employment elsewhere.

Simply the chance to do a job I love.
The idea of accomplishment on our tasks.
My co-workers and that I get to meet new people almost everyday.
