- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People care about each other, our space, our mission, and how we get there. We seem to have great norms around reflecting and giving each other thoughtful and honest feedback to keep growing.

We see our goal as a team goal and because we love and respect our sales leadership we want to help them hit their goals. I feel supported and get excellent coaching, my team cares about and is invested in my success.
