I was a fan of Newsmax and our CEO before I ever worked at Newsmax. Of course, I had worked for other conservative organizations and Newsmax has an incredible management staff and some very positive benefits of working at Newsmax. They are professional but seem to care about employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accessible if you need or want to discuss anything at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a good job, so combine that with good benefits and I am generally happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very good at what they do. We could have a few less meetings however.
What makes you most happy at work?
I watch our management team and everyone who works at Newsmax try and provide the very best editorial and news content.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was allowed to reach out to whomever for questions or advice. There were no restrictions as I made up my mind. Also, they are very upfront about the 90 day probationary period. Communication is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you are a professional, you are watched very closely for the first 90 days but once they approve of you, they let you run, whether you are a writer by trade or marketer, they allow you to find your spot.
