Mr. Sloane served as Secretary at Newtek Business Services Inc. He serves as Managing Partner of Wilshire Partners, LLC. Mr. Sloane serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Processing Division - Newtek Business Services of Newtek Merchant Solutions Inc. He served as Managing Director of Client Development of Steinberg Asset Management, LLC. He served as Secretary of Newtek Business Services Inc since 1999. From September 1993 to 1995, Mr. Sloane was a Managing Director of Smith Barney, Inc. From August 1982 to September 1988 Mr. Sloane was a senior mortgage security salesman and trader for Bear Stearns, L.F. Rothschild, E.F. Hutton and Paine Webber.
