WISE has also developed WISEup, Women Impacting the Smart Economy Utilizing Partnerships, to provide women early on in their careers with the chance to learn from seasoned professionals at Nexius. The advisors of this program serve as mentors and resources to help protégés develop their careers. The WISE program produces multiple events per month, in addition to one-on-one mentorship opportunities, to help female employees connect, engage and grow together.
