There seems to be a lot of detachment, chaos, misalignment, insecurity, mixed goals/misalignment, etc. & ESPECIALLY SUBJECTIVIT/mistrust that results in fire drills to appease certain individuals, not necessarily toward positive business. Radical candor only works if there is a foundation of trust.

I believe the company has had focus on the present recently, but just started on promoting growth in their employees. At least from my perspective it is taking a while to communicate how much I would like to grow in the company.

The leads could be better half the time i'm calling bad leads

I think we're a bit scattered in terms of our goals. I think the company overall needs to slow down and focus on a few things at once and do them well, instead of trying to do so much and spreading its efforts thinly.
Knowledge sharing is not optimal. Seems that often, the left hand doesn't know what right is doing. Company mtgs/Mondays could be more productive, share critical updates. Use Email for all company messaging instead of slack. Slack is overused.

I am struggling to buy into the bigger picture of the company. I'm also frustrated with how there is almost no senior level experience from other tech companies involved. There are no company goals that teams can focus and rally around.
