What did you like most about the interview process?No response back from HR and they move at a snails pace.
What are some of the best things about your team?There are none. It is time for a shake-up of the team and trim the top branches.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Send management to classes on being effective managers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Listen to what the employees are saying. Telling them if they don't like it they can work elsewhere is not effective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Executive management is adamant that employees work in person despite ongoing covid. The workspaces are getting smaller. Productivity has gone down since returning to the office.
